피뢰기의 정격전압 관련

출처 : http://cafe.naver.com/wjsrl7270.cafe?iframe_url=/ArticleRead.nhn%3Farticleid=9659&social=1 질문 석유화학쪽에 근무하고 있는 사람입니다. 피뢰기 정격전압이라함은 속류를 차단할 수 있는 최고전압이라고 알고 있습니다. 찾아본결과 구하는 방법이 두가지가 있는데 공칭전압으로 계산할 경우 피뢰기 정격전압 = 공칭전압 X 1.4/1.1 이라고 나와있습니다. 하지만 22.9kv의 경우 피뢰기 정격전압은 21kv or 18kv입니다. 공칭전압을 22.9kv로 넣을경우 22.9kv를 훌쩍 넘어버리는데 어찌 된건지 궁금합니다. 이경우를 또 찾아본 결과 피뢰기는 선간전압이 아니라 상전압을 공칭전압으로 쓰므로 22.9/1.732를 해야한다는데.....
